Samson(Private Collection) Samson - the youngest survivor-rider in the 2011 PMC - wanted his sun and moon to feature words from prayers, and his atarah to include the tallit blessing. I used organza as the foundation for the hand-painted Hebrew lettering.

Talia (Private Collection) Talia requested a tallit that reflected her love of the elements: water, earth and sky. Since "Talia" means "dew of G-d," I hand-stitched tiny beads onto the tallit, representing the morning dew.
